ARS TUNAE EN EL PALAU DE LA MÚSICA
El miércoles fui al Palau de la música a ver el espectáculo de Ars Tunae “La mirada etíope”. Realmente bueno. Un montaje muy completo y un resultado interesante. Lógicamente, como en casi todo en este mundo, hubo detalles que se podían mejorar, pero insisto en que el resultado global fue altamente satisfactorio.
¿He dicho que fui a “ver” el espectáculo?...pues voy a matizar. Al sr. Xuscos y a mi mismo nos correspondieron en la repesca dos butacas en el segundo anfiteatro, fila 21. En el Palau, sólo hay dos anfiteatros. Y el segundo tiene 24 filas, o sea, que podemos asegurar que, prácticamente, esa noche llegamos a lo más alto que se puede llegar en el Palau. Estábamos en la fila de los mancos, vaya. Lástima que Roberto no estaba para roces…y lástima que las dos chicas de atrás tampoco, aunque por motivos distintos. Pues bien, entre la distancia kilométrica que nos separaba del escenario y que ya rondamos los 45 y nuetra vista no es precisamente de lince, nos costaba reconocer a los componentes de Ars Tunae. Creímos ver a Pepe moviendo las manos lascivamente (suponemos que tocaba las conchas); creímos ver a joseaurelio dos veces, tocando el rasca-rasca a la derecha y la bandurria a la izquierda (descartamos el de la bandurria); creímos ver al Curita en la fila de atrás y a Diego Callejón justo en medio; incluso creí verme a mi mismo tocando el arpa detrás del piano (probabilidad automáticamente descartada por tres razones demoledoras: yo no se tocar el arpa, yo no estaba en el escenario y creo que, además, no había arpa); el resto se dividía en gente de pelo blanco, gente de pelo oscuro y varios calvos, sin identificar.
La estampa general, sin embargo, con la perspectiva que nos ofrecía nuestra posición privilegiada, fue fantástica. Y por supuesto, y gracias a la magnifica acústica del local, el sonido fue espectacular. La combinación de la música de cuerda, las dos corales y los solistas ponía la piel de gallina en más de una ocasión.
Parece ser que hubo también bailarines, pero solo los veíamos entrar y salir del escenario (nuestras butacas eran buenas, pero no las mejores del teatro).
A destacar el sofocante calor reinante, que sumado a la práctica imposibilidad de alcanzar la cerveza (la barra del bar estaba permanentemente flanqueada por cuatro capas de clientes) provocaron sin duda que el público, pidiera sólo tres bises antes de abandonar el patio de butacas en busca de algún bebestible con el que evitar la deshidratación.
A medida que íbamos descendiendo anfiteatros, íbamos encontrando compañeros de la tuna que, por más afortunados, habían presenciado el espectáculo desde posiciones mas próximas: Xus, Loco y Ciri, éstos últimos elegantemente acompañados de sus respectivas. Desde abajo vimos la entrega de ramos de flores y reparto de besos y abrazos…y las caras de todos!!! Una vez en la calle y tras repostar debidamente en el bar de abajo, esperamos pacientemente a que salieran los artistas para darles la merecida felicitación. Fue gratificante descubrir que muchos de ellos tienen hijas en edad de merecer y que aprovecho desde aquí para saludar efusivamente.
La cena de germanor improvisada en el bar de enfrente, en la que básicamente participamos los de peritos y allegados, fue el colofón a una noche mágica de las que sólo la magia de la Tuna, y sus circunstancias, es capaz de proporcionar.
